Lakers just cruising past Clips

LA Lakers 113 - LA Clippers 92
Boxscore Recap ESPN Video

Ah... 32 pts 8 reb and nobody excepted him to play tonight due to a strained quadriceps in Golden State. Kobe Bryant had a very solid and controlled game: +31 (!) when he was on the floor. An injured Mamba still was enough to hold Mobley and Ross to a laughable 8 pts combined.

And look at Andrew Bynum! This kid's learning faaast (zandriko roa taona!). Kaman's having an all-star season but Drew still ruled the paint during 30:49 min with almost a double-double (14 9, talk about consistency) and SIX blocks! Nice job avoiding charges despite going strong to the hoop. I love what I see from him. I do.

Luke Walton coming off an UGLY 1-for-7 shooting on Friday was flawless, 15 pts including 3 three-pointers. I believe he's more comfortable in the 1st unit, less pressure. Hopefully he'll get it going.

Nice 4th qtr from the bench mob. The Clippers were only down by 6 at the end of the 3rd but the Lakers opened the final quarter with a 22-6 run! And Sasha was in the zone, on his way for 14 pts! At that time the Lakers lineup was Farmar - Vujacic - Kobe - Radman - Mihm (argh!!).

The key was BALL MOVEMENT. 6 players had at least 3 dimes, and a total of 30 for the purple and gold (6th in apg). Everything went so smooth...

The bad: Chris Mihm. Aaargh!!! Seriously, this guy's worst than Kwame! (Who's at least fun to watch, hahaha!) Kaman just schooled him. No heart, no nothing. I want him traded for a true backup center.

Well, you can't complain after such a well-deserved win though. :D Go Lakers!
