“They beat us about every way you can. They came out and destroyed us that first half. They were so good defensively we couldn’t get anything we tried to run and we started to think we could try to beat them one-on-one and we just didn’t have much of a chance to do that either. They had a terrific game.” -- Jerry Sloan.

Lakers 122 - Suns 115
Recap Boxscore Lakers Gameday | 12/25/07 Quotes

“Just couldn’t stop them. They played well. Bynum killed us, (and) Kobe. Got to give them credit. We didn’t come out, we didn’t stop them enough times. And there was a crucial part in the game where a couple things went against us and we didn’t hit foul shots, missed eleven fouls shots, and could’ve been a simple game, and got to do something to beat them, and we didn’t do it. They were good.” -- Mike D'Antoni.

Those last two games are by far the best team basketball displays the Lakers have shown this season. Looks like Phil Jackson has finally found the perfect starting lineup in Fisher - Bryant - Ariza - Odom - Bynum.
